olfu
Another problem with movies is our taste changing with our age. Lets see--my favored movie from China--zero, from Russia--zero, from India--zero, from Africa--zero, from US--zero. from France-The Cats; La Villa, from Polish state--The Manuscript found in Saragossa. But I have to admit Japanese movies are something. Yes, I have my own private movie theater with 4K projector.

sidgy
The first Blade Runner!Being a scifi nut. It's my favorite but I'm not not sure if I would pick it as the best movie ever made that would be tricky.I have seen things You people wouldn’t believe. Attack ships on fire of the shoulder of Orion, I watched C beams glitter in the dark near the Tanhauser gate , All these moments will be lost in time , like tears in rain. Time to die.Blade runner gets my vote Sent from my iPhone using Thailand Forum - Thaivisa mobile app

Thailand has made some excellent movies too. My most favourite movies all come from Studio Ghibli ( Japanese )

Can't watch it now without feeling a deep sense of sadness from Williams killing himself- what a waste of a brilliant life.

Then they made a sequel and completely cocked it up- so stupid.

mrwebb8825
For British movies, nothing beats the Monty Python trilogy; Holy Grail, Life of Brian and The Meaning of Life which I'm sure spurred the Mel Brookes movies; Blazing Saddles and History of the World part I. (also well done) Can't see either set of flicks being released and accepted today. All time favorite/most watched would be Patton. Best horror movie that I've only seen once (so far) "It" by Steven King. I still don't like clowns today.
