I will not fly again on Cathay or Dragon until they rehire those people. That is incomprehensible. And I have a lot of miles on them.

Doubt they will ever be rehired as Beijing demanded their sacking, well told Cathay to discipline them

Could also be a false flag setup to help gain the support of those who are predisposed to support the authorities and/or naturally suspicious of grassroots activism.

More likely an act of idiots who want to label criminal acts as 'grassroots activism'. I'm sure the airline will idly stand by as their business is trashed.
