MUAY THAI - PATTAYA, - advise please

    i  want learn mauy thai properly in pattaya,   i will maybe spend 2 months here and i plan on doing runs etc in morning on beach and do 1 class of muay in afternoon or night,          i want learn plenty pad work especially.    i do not want do shadow boxing as im not used to this and am only learning and feel like a fool if i get wrong,  i need best place , but i am on a budget and cannot afford place like FAIRTEX ,  i am staying in my girls room and do not need rent a room from a camp or anything

 

just one class ad day maybe just 5 days a week

This was recommended to me by my office colleague. I'm planning to enroll too but only during weekends (haven't visited their place yet) I think their rate is 250baht per day for locals & 300baht/day for farangs. I don't know their monthly rate though.

ime, excessive bag kicking causes numbness in shins

and a generally unpleasant feeling much later on in life,

at least use the solid shins instead of wrist as impactor.

hips and lower back also suffers from the impact

not in pattaya,  goto chonburi to Sidyodtongs camp the best in the area hands down
