Didn't they just make it illegal to criticise the judiciary?

I guess these new rules are more to protect the people pulling the strings on the 'puppet level' judges.

The stakes are high as it could affect people’s trust in the justice system, the foundation added.

the designated inquiry team should also include outsiders.

DSI might be the appropriate investigative body, albeit it is supervised by PM Prayut who also supervises the National Police.

Sarawut reiterated the independence of the Court of Justice and that judges could make judgements without interference from anybody.

Yet, Prayut said recently regarding his mistaken oath of office that he spoke to the judiciary and they had no issue with his version of the oath. That inferred that there is private contact between the Executive Branch and the Judiciary.

With coups being appropriate, the only things that are appropriate are stifling freedom, flawed governance and under educating the masses.
