Is Adrafinil okay to have in Thailand? I read that Modafinil isn't approved or disapproved which i hope defaults to "okay." But with drugs one must be careful.

It is nto approved for use in Thailand but is nto on the list of controlled substances.

 

Which means you can legally bring it in with you if prescribed to you, up to 30 day supply

If you are already in Thailand with it, and don't have a prescription, are you breaking any law?

No but be sure to have it in a  clearly labelled bottle or blister pack. Your main problem would be if it were suspected of being something else. 

 

Good to have a prescription to show as well.
