I'm not sure of the point you're making.

What I can gather from your statement is that you have an extremely boring life here in Thailand with no possessions.

Where is the correlation between owning piles of 'stuff' and a boring life?

I suggest (know) it's the other way around.

I cannot vouch for Benjamin Hart an American Attorney based in Bangkok... but you clearly need someone.

I guess so much for the thread several weeks ago when everyone was bantering on about any assets acquired after marriage were to be split 50/50. Am thinking more of the house here than the car as the house is in her name.

Sounds not so dramatic to me.
She did not sell the house.
She sold the old car and bought a new one.
The catch is that she has bought the new car in her name.
If she did not have enough own money, then probably the new car is partly funded on credit.
You should clarify the rights of possession with your wife.
There are many ways to protect your marriage investments.
Afterwards, however, your bargaining position is weaker.

Thanks for all the replies. Just for everyone's one' information i went to America for a short trip 8 weeks. When i left there were no problems in our relationship. We have been married 5 years

One day last week she informs me she purchased a new car and trade in MY PAID for 2016 Toyota Yaris. I do t feel there was any intent to maliciously harm me or steal from. I feel she wanted to to surprise and thought she was making me happy. I have not raised any suspicions

that i am angry until i get back into Thailand

I have sent e mails to Isaan Lawyers just to state the facts if it comes to that. I will keep everyone postrd. Thanks again
