I'm sure that in the good old days Chang was at least 6.5% What happened? Did it fall foul of taxation?

Google search only comes back with Chang originaly being 6.4% , however maybe I am mistaken but when it first came out I am sure it was 7.2% as my step son jokingly took the pi#s out of me for drinking Singha beer which at the tme was 6%. He said Singha was beer pooying 555.

Will they still fill your glass with ice first even though you tell them not to ?   How about 'Launching' a new decent Beer, perhaps as good as Beer Lao !

Ahhhhh, even colder pish! Mmmmmmm. ????

  • Cold Brew refers to the brewing process, I think you will find the beeer will be no colder than others.

I recently tried a glass of this 25th Chang and it was not to my liking. Personally I found the beer (4.8%) had a distinctly unpleasant taste, almost as if it had gone off. I shall stick to Chang Classic (5%)

I tried it and I think it is better than the current Chang Classic, which is undrinkable in my opinion. The cold brew is smooth and has got a weak flavor. If you are for something more flavourable then skip it. It is also weak with 4.8 % alcohol. Not great, but better than Chang Classic.

Too bad it's been homogenized into 5.0% tripe like the other Thai lagers.
