Anybody with advise where to find a print-shop, that could do a simple restaurant menu, please?

Depending where you are located, this print shop (1011 Copy) on Khao Talo might be suitable. I used it a few months back for a non standard sized print.

Not sure if still there but there was a print shop on Third road going north just past the driving range on the right. However when getting prices for a basic menu some years ago ended up going to one on Naklua Road - on the left going down the hill past the junction where the wat is (Potisan Rd?). The shop had multiple steps like terraces going up from the road.

I stress this was some years ago.

This 1011 Copy must be at the most 15 minutes from Central Pattaya.
