K-pop stars jailed for gang-rape in South Korea

A South Korean court has sentenced two K-pop stars to six and five years in prison for gang-rape and additionally convicted one of them for distributing videos of the assaults and other sexual encounters.

 

Jung Joon-young, a singer-songwriter, and Choi Jong-hoon, a former member of the boy band FT Island, were found guilty of gang-raping two different women in two incidents in 2016.

 

Separately, 30-year-old Jung was convicted of filming himself having sex with other women without their knowledge and sharing the footage without their consent.

 

It is the highest-profile example of an epidemic of spycam crimes in South Korea, which have prompted widespread anger and led to women demonstrating in Seoul chanting “My life is not your porn”.

I imagine those pretty boys will get to experience exactly what being gang raped is like, more than twice. This is outstanding news. Anytime someone famous and rich gets put away, it is a triumph of justice over money and corruption. It rarely happens in the US. Famous people there usually buy their way out of their problems, with a pack of high priced lawyers, who corrupt the system. 

 

There is never an excuse for either rape, or filming someone non consensually, much less sharing it online. That is a heinous crime. Lock them up!

True, in terms of conditions etc. But you'd be surprised at what happens in prisons (ie my country) where the conditions are much nicer (ie you are/were allowed to bring gaming consoles, each cell has a tv, etc.) and such. The rape and predatory behaviour etc. isn't as common place, and it really depends where you are sent, but it still happens. And the more feminine you look (slender build, long-ish hair, curve butt, etc.) the more likely you are to become a target.

sure, the law says, "if the judge finds the rapist attractive, whatever happens doesn't matter."  if a girl drugs you, puts a knife to your throat, rapes you, steals from you, degrades you......everything happens in this world.  girl band members in other countries still in jail, use google....

Clearly you are confusing me with somebody else, I wasn't the one talking about how I want to be raped by the group of Korean chicks this one guy posted and like 4-5 guys saying "they can rape me anytime"... in fact I posted the very same thing you did prior to this comment, except more graphic and like 2 and a half hours earlier. ????

 

I initially pointed out, that these guys (the K pop rapists) will probably get to experience what gang rape is like too, upon which someone said I was fantasizing about raping these guys myself.. that's where the comment you quoted comes from, it was in reply to my supposed fantasies.
