Car Window Film Shop Recommendations ?

Featured Replies

I need to replace the film on my car windows.

Can somebody recommend a good quality shop that has polarized UV blocking film ?

General Pattaya area, please.

Many Thanks,

luudee

On Sukhumvit past pattaya Nua on the left - continue until you get to the bridge with the clock in (just before the left turn to naklua) - Turn right at the bridge, towards "pong -  after 100m on the right you will see a car glass / widnscreen place - Ask for "Pete" he does the glass film fittng - speaks v good english ....

.

If you're trying to block heat then go for a ceramic tint. Regular tint does very little to block heat.

Never tried this place but spotted a few times. Directly behind the Numchai on Sukumvit. If you come out from Klang you would go left and immediately get over to the right for the U-Turn. Be careful here as you need to go nearly straight across.

where every you go make sure they are not using a generic film ... insist at the very least M3 is used .. geneic (cheap Chinese sh*te) starts the break down very quickly.

Where would I get that ?

My 23 year old clunker has a working AC. Window films are just for appearance.

Most companies make a ceramic film, usually it's their high end/most expensive option. 3M would be a good option but any ceramic film works great.

Pop autoglass did a decent job, they also changed a cracked windscreen on my old daily Nissan beater: https://goo.gl/maps/d6NXRFETrhpGYjQE6

They did a good job on a new windscreen and new side window for me. They were recommended by the insurance co for the windscreen. However they can get very busy which can mean a very long wait or did last year.
