wow, tough thing to say in your last sentence.  Anyway, don't think that Japan was using kamakazie pilots at Pearl Harbor and what they did was considered cowardly by the western world totally.  Wasn't sure death at all for them at that time, attacking a lightly defended base without declaring hostilites before hand.  They got their conupence later on though, after we declared war on them.

In agreement with you metisdead, it wasn't what was expected or appreciated, but ackknowledge that each is entitled to their opinion.  Am truly sorry to see so much of the underlying anti-american venom out there presently.  While I disagree with most of it ...its their opinion.   Thank You for the clean up.

As the bashing of the USA looks like it will continue regardless of the fact that this topic is in remembrance of what happened on December 7, 1941.
