Well, I ordered the Omron HEM-7130-L on Lazada for B2,059 shipped, which included the "wide range" cuff., an AC adaptor and a travel pouch and what I assume is an Omron drawstring backpack of sorts. Perhaps an incentive for people with hypertension to go hiking?   With the regular cuff it's a couple hundred cheaper.

 

Ordered it Tuesday and it arrived today. Works fine and it's much nicer than I expected. Seems pretty robust for the money.

Yesterday, I have ordered Omron HEM-7156-A at LAZADA. it's a new 2020 model for 2,590 baht. Hopefully, it should be delivered by next week.

I got a Kinetik British made unit. Highly rated and good reviews. Got it through Amazon.

I take 3 measurements and use the third one. Breathe slow and deep.
