Too many now ask for help and get a stone. The stories on talkback radio about people in desperate straits asking for help and not getting any are very sad.

The police won't help till something happens, and the government won't fund agencies that could. They also closed psych hospitals and put people on the street with no assistance.

Some guys in their younger years are quite selfish and just think about drinking and sex and prostitutes and dream of living in Thailand .

  They move to Thailand, have a life of alcohol and prostitution and then get depressed after a few years    . as that life isnt as enjoyable as they thought that it would be

Or it is every bit as enjoyable as they thought it would be but their money runs out and they either have to leave or worse , teach English.
