Finishing A "shell" Condo

Does anyone have any good names of whom can finish a "shell" condo (cabinetry, paint, lights, and furniture)? Any ideas the cost for such a thing (studio).

Have you spoken with the condo's management? They might be able to suggest a contractor.

I can't even get ahold of an English speaker any more. There were some Americans on the project, but they seem to have disappeared.
