Wrong. The 50 milligrams is for experienced drivers.

Its 20 for less experienced/ new drivers.

Rooster

Conversely, does this mean that once I am an experienced drinker I am fit to drive? I have met many who appear to believe so.

According to the various reports I've read he wasn't rendering first aid, he just went to help the woman negotiate with the other driver, who appeared to be drunk. A dispute then ensued, which turned violent.

I see many cases where i asked myself "why are people filming an incident but not helping"
I'm starting to understand why. It's just too dangerous to intervene.

At least with the video image, a criminal might afterwards be captured.

yep, the same day another man was also stabbed to death, intervening, also this is not exactly the same but a teenager had fought another group and his father was to settle the dispute for his son in a peaceful way, the gang stabbed and beat his father into a coma instead...

I am sorry to say that, but particularly as a foreigner you should stay away from any affairs and fights between local people, stay away from accident sites and all local troublesome situations. I have it experienced myself in Thailand, India and also in Vietnam where I am living now: nobody will be thankful to you and it's very easy to become a "victim" yourself by trying to be helpful and be made guilty of what happened....
