We took our then 11 year old to Elite at Panthip Plaza who have done good work for my partners braces and great root canal stuff for me. Not cheap but good, and get ready to pay 1000 a month for a 15 minute brace tune for at least 24 months.

It got complicated as he has a front tooth very very reluctant to emerge so we now take him to Suan Dok dentistry school  where he gets excellent treatment, but subject to early morning queueing etc. He is seen by fully trained dentists and surgeons and observed by students.

I believe that to be around half the cost of elite but you need to check that out.
