I previously had an issue with a TrueMoveH Prepaid whereby there was no data access available for my SIM that previously was working ok with data. I couldn't subscribe to a data package using the True app on my phone and there was no access to internet. I was told by a tech support to dial *902*01# and somehow this enabled data again?

Q1. Is there a dial in code to switch off data again like the one above to turn it on?

Q2. Is there a code to set a no leakage of data like available on DTAC? I.e I only want data when subscribed to a package and not at other times, but I still get free internet access to access the service app on my phone in order to subscribe to a package. This is great with DTAC so the phone balance doesn't run to zero eating data when I don't expect it but I don't know how to do this with TrueMoveH.

*902*02#

But as above: why not just use the mobile data on/off setting on your mobile?

So do I, never use provider code at network.

Can't help with this.

Better leave this to the Truemove experts.

(I just poked around their website. Before having seeing that I thought AIS is complicated )

On my android tablet on settings there is a option to turn off data when I select data usage.

Yes, that was obviously what I thought at first, but when I turned it on there was no data from TMH available. Tried SIM on different SIM slots as same result. I contacted the support of True and they asked me how many bars I had, I said max 5, but no data (the H symbol next to bars was blank). Then True support told me to dial *902*01# and this sent me an SMS with a web link that took me to the True web site I couldn't access previously because I had no data. The *902*01# somehow reactivated the H symbol next to my 5 bars and I had data again. I don't know why the SIM would have had data deactivated before by True, it was not changeable myself via phone settings? First time I have experience this.

I have never had the problem of no data on my phones or my tablet.

It turns off automatically as soon I as on go on wifi. I have never needed to turn it off but I do know it is possible in settings.

So now True has switched on data again from their side, you can switch it off or on at will from your side.
