If it were true, no one would work there; and Amazon would be no more. Amazon pays the best wages around. If you lack skills and your only way to earn is to rent your time Amazon gives a high premium for jobs requiring only opposable thumbs. In fact the pay is higher than what Bernie pays his staff. Just as the Supreme Court isn't run by a majority poll. The voters choose people to do this for them when they elect the officials. The checks and balances worked just as the founding fathers intended them to. Ranting on and on won't accomplish anything. Let's see what the people really say in November. You are correct, and there is an election coming. And in the interim more news of Trump’s crimes. 1 1 2

There's a move underway by the Left to demonize Amazon in the same way that they repeatedly attack Walmart. If it was horrible to work there, mistreated employees can go wherever they wish and work in better conditions -- or start their own businesses. Free Markets and Individual Liberty are wonderful things. 1 1

The way they treat their workers is awful. My husband's sister has a son who worked there. They track you every second. If you go to the bathroom too much your pay gets docked. After you punch out they make you wait for a security check. Sometimes half an hour.
Popular Post Damrongsak
I voted for Trump because I wanted some in office who would <deleted> off all the current establishment. I think he's succeeded in doing that. Now, if he'd just shut up once in awhile and focus on business, I'd appreciate it. 2

That is something the left is incapable of. You people are simply never wrong according to you. I try to be a bigger man than that and am willing to change my mind if it is warranted. 4 3

People that spend an hour in the stall playing with their phone likely don’t do well at Amazon, which directly benefits the workers that focus on getting their work done and indirectly benefits consumers. Don’t worry, you husband’s sister’s son (would that not be your nephew?) will do fine in a civil service job. 2 1

Laza 45
I posed the question if a Democrat president behaved in the same way that Trump has would the Republicans respect the Democrat's right to rule in the same fashion. I referred to Trump's attempted extortion of the Ukrainian president. So far I have had one response suggesting that that I am a poor loser and a crybaby.. I have no skin in the game so it is not mine to lose.. If Bernie Sanders were to become president.. like it or not it is a possibility. If he starts implementing his policies by executive order are the Republicans going to accept that as the new order? 2 1 1

Popular Post Cryingdick
Watching how they run the caucus in Iowa gives me a laugh at how they would run a government. I never watched closely but this looks like a high school homecoming contest meets America's got talent and is an actual official political procedure. No wonder they couldn't keep an impeachment case going. 5

I disagree with your contention that the President of the United States attempted to extort Ukraine. The only extortion I have seen, and not an attempt but an actual monetary extortion, was by Joe Biden, who used his son Hunter's company to launder his 3 million in Bribe money for providing protection to Burisma.
