Por Ror 11

Hi,

 

I am a British national living in Bangkok with my Thai daughter who was born in a Bangkok hospital but is registered on a Tabien Baan in Korat.

 

Next month I need to apply for a 12 month extension to my Non Immigrant O Guardian Visa.

 

In addition to the court order declaring me as the father of my Thai daughter, the immigration officer that I spoke to at CW last week advised that I also need a Por Ror 11 document.

 

I would be very grateful if someone could advise where I can get this document and what supporting documents do I need to get it.

I saw a post in another forum asking the same question, the response person replying said either at the Amphur office or from the court.
