Unfortunately not too many hatchbacks come with a 5 litre V8, although the Holden Torana did.

LOL (not the price either)

The Manual versions of the golf GTI were not released in Thailand. Impossible to buy.

The DQ250 is a DSG and a very good unit anyhow. Strong and lightning fast shifts. Can get involved with the paddles, and leave it to auto in traffic. Has a launch control mode, sport mode that blips the throttle in downshifts, programmable shift points. Best of both worlds.

Look for a used Benz A43 AMG. 2-litre turbo making 360hp.
