Being a non-technical person can someone explain if I have bad Ping & Jitter numbers does that effect the quality of IPTV signals & cause buffering ?? thanks for yr feedback.

YES, certainly will. Including Bufferbloat.

Somewhat advanced geek tech stuff, not easy to explain.

Google "jitter" then "bufferbloat".

There are few things one can do for the issue.

Remember "the weakest link in the chain", and there is a lot of links in that chain.
