After Anutin’s conference call to EU about the spread of the virus Thailand is suspected of not accurately reporting virus numbers. This would be backed up by the Phuket health authorities saying that Bangkok has told them not to talk about the virus numbers and for me personally, having coffee with my friend who is vp of a bkk hospital telling me they are no longer allowed to say anything without government permission.

On 4th February govt ordered all hospitals to cease public reporting.

This list from IATA adds Samoa and French Polynesia to the list,  but doesn't mention a ban in Kazakhstan or Iraq which are mentioned in this thread, despite claiming to have been updated today.

USA - published 27.02.2020

1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the USA.
- This does not apply to nationals of the USA.

- This does not apply to passengers who reside in the USA.

2. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days must arrive at one of the following airports: Atlanta (ATL), Chicago (ORD), Dallas, (DFW), Detroit (DTW), Honolulu (HNL), Los Angeles (LAX), New York (JFK or EWR), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA) and Washington (IAD).

It looks like IATA is doing a pretty poor job of keeping their countries data up to date:

For example, even days later, their entry for the U.S. makes no mention of the U.S. ban on entry by Iranian nationals (in addition to China nationals).

Nor does it mention that U.S. citizens who've been in China in the prior 14 days may be subject to 14-days quarantine or redirection to a medical facility depending on whether not they've been in Hubei province and whether or not they're showing symptoms.

Thailand, on the other hand, is desperately opening its borders to everyone and anyone regardless of origin.
