Expering Thai Pasport

Featured Replies

I would like to go with my son to Belgium on the 13th of this month till the 21st.

Now his Thai Pasport expires on the 24th. So he would be back into Thailand 3 days before his Thai pasport expires. Would this be a problem or not?

For entering Belgium it aint a problem as he has dual nationality so his Belgian pasport is still ok.

So basically he would just leave and enter the country (thailand) on his Thai pasport. Would immigration make a problem that his pasport expires just 3 days after re-entry in the country or doesnt it matter how long it is valid as long as it is valid before re-entry??

Thanks

Dirk
