Popular Post rooster59 Posted March 21, 2020 Popular Post Share Posted March 21, 2020 WHO praises Thailand for its efforts to contain COVID-19 The World Health Organization’s representative in Thailand has praised Thailand for its ability, to date, to contain the spread of COVID-19 and for being the first country, outside China, to identify a coronavirus as the cause, according to Public Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul. The WHO’s Dr. Daniel Kertesz called on Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul at the Ministry of Public Health for discussions on the global COVID-19 situation. Mr. Anutin said Dr. Kertesz also praised Thailand’s promotion of social distancing as a means of preventing the accelerated spread of the contagion. Many of the new cases are people who were linked to that Bangkok boxing stadium. I have always hoped that these big globalist organizations like WHO and UN would be meritocracies but alas the loonies have well and truly taken over the asylum. Most WHO briefings that I watched regarding Corona were focused on highlighting racism towards Chinese and little to do with declaring it an emergency pandemic and dealing with it. Just sad. How can Thailand be praised when it is only reporting 1 death, which is hard to believe given the fatalities in countries around the world.. Thoise numbers are 'in house' and based on the very low rate of tests done - and I doubt they were done correctly or reported accurately.
