is it possible to still go? Either by land or by air and can I still get visa on arrival.thanks for any info .

Cambodia is now shut down for 30 days to all without a Visa from their own country, medical insurance of 50K and a med certificate

Land borders are all closed, and most flights are grounded. Entry under any circumstances by people from certain countries is totally forbidden. And no visa on arrival.

 

So basically the answer is: No, No and No.
