Is it worth visiting next week?

Got 2 weeks off, bored to tears in BKK. Is it worth visiting Samui? Just want to eat in restaurants, drink beer and go to gym

Should be. But are they?

Well I think you would find something open if you really really searched,  you would also find something to do in BKK if you really searched.

Oh, you are bored. Yeah, but then it´s okay to do whatever you wish. Do not think about that we are dealing with a virus outbreak.

What is so difficult to understand at STAY AT HOME?  Btw., do you want to charter your own plane or ship to go to Samui that you don´t come together with other people?

Idiot stay home.

Wow, some days there are just to many IDGAF idiots out there that feel they are bullet proof, and disease resistant.  Why don't you just go to a hospital or find an infected person and just start the process now, your two weeks off won't be wasted at all.  In fact you will give more medical staff the ability to add another patient to their facility and take away another bed that might be needed by someone who became infected by unknown persons while doing the right thing and sequestering themselves, but then you are definitely in the TROLL seat tonight......

This has to be a wind up. No one, absolutely no one, can be this stupid, or haven't you heard there's a bit of a bug going around?

Well last week in Pattaya, one could do all those things

You might find the usually crowded places a bit deserted on Samui...

I’ll tick Samui of the list then. Looks like

Pattaya is the only place one can still sit in a restaurant (at a healthy and respectful distance)

No he is speaking sense, you are being totally irresponsible even thinking of going anywhere.

Stay where you are, and think of other peoples safety, if not your own.

Yeah, they are right.

I appreciate that it does not yet seem real to you but, give it a few days, you will soon realize how dangerous this bug can be and how the risk simply isn't worth it. Being young might mean there is far less chance of it killing you, but it can still be a nightmare experience that leaves you with permanent damage to your lungs. Just sit tight for now.

You are behind times....everything can be sorted out these days with one gofundme page. Catch up!

Might be a bit tricky to get back after April 7, especially without exposing yourself to a lot of people on a bus and ferry, if they are still running.  Check out Bangkokair site.
