It can be done, wife eventually got it through last night (28th), I think the trick is wait for a screen to load and dont refresh or start again. As someone else mentioned the Captcha software not always working as it should.

My wife was successful last night.  Far easier on a computer apparently.

Gf’s nephew managed to complete 4 last night ( himself, gf, mil and brother ) took all night though and the Captcha was just repeating most of the time on phone, changed to laptop and they went through a lot easier.

Wife succeeded, I thought she was using some phone app,

 

She said the capture was a bit tricky, she asked me what it was, bless.

 

I demonstrated and Left her to it, she worked out that you had to repeat the capture until it was accepted.
