I saw this this morning. It felt like a CP All move to me (although I don't think they've yet completed on their takeover). Stop selling almost all your toilet rolls, stock the aisles with crappy adult nappies instead, and see if you can shift them to a literally desperate public... Meanwhile, other shops are still well-stocked with bog roll.

I thought everyone used a bum gun,only ladies would require

toilet paper to wipe their parts after a wee.,

What's the point, your finger is only going to go through the toilet paper,
