Earlier this month I ordered an item from Amazon, I have only bought from Amazon once before and there were no problems, However this time the item should have been delivered on the 25th March and it hasn't arrived. I have a tracing number and looking on the internet the item has made it to customs at Samut Prakarn on the 20th March.

Now on the paperwork that was e mailed with the order number, tracking number etc, it says to contact UPS if there is a problem. The only contact for UPS is a phone number is 1 800 742 5877, I have tried this but I it is not recognized as a number.

So my question is can anyone advise me what to do next, I need to contact UPS but how? I cannot find anyway of putting this issue before Amazon directly.
