Don Muang Airport Facilities

Featured Replies

i know this is not about suvarnphum airport, but i thought i'd post it here.

i am flying nok air into don muang shortly.... and, i was wondering if they have restarted the airport express buses A1, A2, A3... has anybody seen these at don muang?

i was also wondering about what restaurants have reopened... is the food court between terminal 2 and the domestic airport open? the 7-11?

someone sent me a url for the airport, but it has the old info (pre-sept 2006).

I flew out of there last week but went directly from checkin to the THAI lounge and from there to the gates so don't know about before checkin if there are any restaurants, but after checkin there is absolutely zero. There used to be a Burger King, coffee/bakery and various other places near the gates but they are all gone. The only thing now there is a smoking room and restrooms. I would seriously doubt there is any 7-11 anywhere in the terminal because it was closed for many months and would have had no customers during that time. Even now there aren't enough passengers to warrant most businesses opening back up. So get whatever you need before arriving at DMK.

thanks soju.

i didnt think there would be too much, but i thought the food court for the workers might be re-opened. that was between terminal 2 and domestic before...

i was hoping the express buses would be running, but if there are very few passengers, then probably not... i guess i'll end up taking a taxi ...

Before the waiting lounge there are still the 3 restaurants.

In the waiting hall, there is unfortunatly nothing anymore, but this (the smoking bar) will reopen soon as well as a coffe shop (according to Nok Air staff).

That's all i know.

Still, the waiting lounge is more confortable then the domestic waiting lounge at sawarnabhumi.
