30 Days On Arrival After Tourist Visa?

Featured Replies

i was wondering. can you still get a 30 days on arrival visa if you had applied for a tourist visa (60 days) before? or do you always have to apply for tourist visas then?

thanks. :o

british. reason i am asking is because if you apply for a united states visa, it voids your ability to use the 30 days visa waiver for life. i was wondering if thats the same case in thailand or if you can still use the 30 days visa on arrival in the future if you had a tourist visa before

Could you provide a source for that information? I don't find it on the US Embassy Web site and the stay seems to be up to 90 days not 30 using visa waiver.

Perhaps it would be true if the person applied for an 'immigrant visa' previously but highly doubt it is true for non immigrant visa. But willing to learn.

Yes, you can if you have a confirmed onward ticket out of Thailand within the 30 days.
