JTXR
Or do you need to go to immigration office?
ubonjoe
It depends upon the office you are reporting to. If they wanted a TM27 change of address form submitted it would need to be done in person and they may also want proof of your residence.
Brickbat
Online is easy, but you will need the House ID no. https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do

When we finally got to a desk the guy asked if I had the TM30 app installed, tossed the TM28 in the bin and said file TM30 and you're good to go. Ever since 90 day reports work no issue ...everything done online.

Something recently changed since many people have had problems accessing the 90 day reporting site as well that is also on immigration extranet. One report today was that a member could not access it using AIS fibre.

islandguy
Can this be done online when changing provinces without going to an office, at least potentially? Just to be sure i understand.
JTXR
Sorry, I should have mentioned. The IO would be CW. Changing from one Bangkok address to another.

I'm not sure exactly how long this has been the case but it was OK when I did my last 90-day report a couple of months ago.

Apart from all your documents they'll require (which you could theoretically post) they'll give you the usual handouts to ensure your aware of the regulations and take that head and shoulders snapshot for your file. Only CW could advise if that was possible by mail. I have always been required to attend in person (3 times) but the situation was different then.
