That's the link for online 90 day reporting.

The OP want to change address. A TM30 and maybe a TM27 as UJ stated.

Yeah and it really does depend on your office. When I moved from Bangkok to Nonthaburi, after inquiry I was given a TM28 form and told to get in line. When we finally got to a desk the guy asked if I had the TM30 app installed, tossed the TM28 in the bin and said file TM30 and you're good to go. Ever since 90 day reports work no issue ...everything done online.

If using a VPN that would be the problem. Something recently changed since many people have had problems accessing the 90 day reporting site as well that is also on immigration extranet.

One report today was that a member could not access it using AIS fibre.

Just follow through carefully on the website to Online Services and you will find the form for Change of Address. I did it . Successfully .

Yes, thank you, I've already successfully changed address 3 times.

I merely pointed out you posted the link for online 90 day reporting.

I'm using AIS Fibre and haven't been able to access the immigration extranet for about a week. I'm not sure exactly how long this has been the case but it was OK when I did my last 90-day report a couple of months ago.

Can this be done online when changing provinces without going to an office, at least potentially? Just to be sure i understand.

Potentially, No.

The reasons being a new office will usually set up a new personal file of your details for future use.

Apart from all your documents they'll require (which you could theoretically post) they'll give you the usual handouts to ensure your aware of the regulations and take that head and shoulders snapshot for your file.

Sorry, I should have mentioned.  The IO would be CW.  Changing from one Bangkok address to another.

Only CW could advise if that was possible by mail.

I have always been required to attend in person (3 times) but the situation was different then.

This AIS Fibre issue has been corrected.
