Shipping to the UK

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I have been trawling the internet looking at various options and am still a bit confused about what I need to do here. I want to send a bunch of documents to the UK. Cost is not an issue as long as they actually arrive, as it would be a nightmare to replace them.

I am in a rural location. The only shipping company office near me is a DHL in Ubon and it seems to have poor customer service.

I gather that DHL, Fedex and UPS will come to my house and pickup the documents. However, the driver just picks it up, I need to prepare everything perfectly to make sure there are no issues. So other than writing the address on the package, I gather there are other documents that I need to complete. What would these be?

Has anyone had any experience with courier services in Thailand? Does Kerry do international shipping? Are any of the big names better than the others?

I would want to take out insurance also, if possible.

Thanks in advance.
