Is it open already? The shops mostly match the description of allowed shops (electronics and telephone), but maybe the building is classified as a shopping mall?

A friend bought a new laptop there several days ago.

Today around 50 % of the IT shops and games shops already operating, and some 70 % of the phone stalls.

TOPS, Boots, Watson and Mr. DIY are open, but most of the bigger brand names and chains still closed (JIB, DJI, BananaIT, BigCamera, IT City, AppleParts).
