Need to extend my travel insurance. New company

My present insurance company. ‘Journeyman Services‘ extended my travel insurance past the 90 day limit due to the present situation. They informed me that I could then renew my policy on the due date which fell on the 5 th April. Since then they have not answered my emails messages or phone calls. I am now not insured.

Lots of companies on the Internet. Would appreciate any recommendations.

My place of residence is Italy and I am under 70 years. I am still in Thailand.
