Therapeutic Boarding School options in Thailand, Singapore or HK

Our teenage daughter is about ready for high school, but would most likely benefit from an integrated school and therapeutic environment.  We have the last 4 years combined various therapies, clinic stays with homeschooling.  She is better, but not open or ready for a regular school here in Thailand.  

We have heard good things from a Therapeutic boarding school in Canada (Applewood Academy) and has been in detailed contact with them as well.  We like the school, staff and all.  

It's just very far away.  If anyone has experience with a similar integrated option in Thailand, Singapore or Hong Kong, we would appreciate input.  Please only direct experiences and it should be similar to Applewood's model of integrated therapy and schooling as much as possible.  I.e an opportunity to finish high school coupled with therapies, activities, friends and so on.
