Does anyone know where I can buy Finesteride/Propecia/Proscar in Pattaya. Oh and Minoxidil.

Any large pharmacy. I:d try Fascino first.

 

As there are 2 preparations of finasteride one for prostate and one for hair loss be sure you get the right on which is 1 mg dose. 

 

And with minoxidil make sure to get the topical not oral form, the latter is for hypertension. And the topical comes in 2 strengths, 2% and 5%.

While I haven't tried those treatments, I've heard good things about batana oil for hair growth. You might find it at local markets or pharmacies in Pattaya. As for Finasteride/Propecia/Proscar and Minoxidil, you could try checking with larger pharmacies in the area or searching online.
