Maybe it's just me - or maybe it's just True - but my ping times to the office VPN server are back above 1.2 seconds again. (normally around 350ms). Latency this high can mean it takes a LOT of attempts to connect without the VPN timing out on me.

The last time it was this bad was December, when there was the Taiwan earthquake. Anyone know the cause this time. (Note: It doesn't appear to be True's fault when I do a traceroute - it goes wrong between True and AT&T in the US somewhere...)

Seems to have been temporary - ping times are back to normal now.

(Spoke too soon - 7:41 and it's back to over 1.2 seconds again...)
