Farang Magazines Clearance

Featured Replies

For anyone who likes a bargain and a read,

B2S in the HomeWorks complex on Sukhumvit at Pattaya Tai intersection are having a massive clearance of English Magazines on a wide variety of interests. Most are out of date by a few months. They normally retail at 300 up to 500 baht. They are on sale to the end of the month at only 19 baht each. Titles like FHM, GQ, Arena, Fortune, Cosmopolitan (ha ha), loads of car, golf, computer, gardening to name but a few. Gotta rake through but I got 50 or so in as many minutes. I find magazines quite a refreshing light read.

There were quite a few people buying, but no farangs (except me) in the time I was there. Obviously the best stuff will go first, but still plenty at the moment. Lots of duplicates, too.

Located on the display outside the entrance.

INTJ.

Well worth a look down............ive just picked up 30 mags on hifi, investing, film etc.............must be 2-3000 mags on offer.

Thanks for the heads up INTJ.

I was down there a couple of weeks ago, and they had stalls outside selling a huge variety of English language books - fiction and non-fiction - paperback, hard back - at half price or less. I picked up a few good ones. Not sure if it's still there, but I guess it is.

Go early evening as it's bloody hot and no shade.
