Hi.  May I know if the Thai Airways office in the Old City is open or has it been closed permanently?

 

I've been trying to get a refund on my cancelled  flight for ages and all the Thai Airways contact numbers online don't seem to work and they haven't replied to my emails.

 

I was thinking of going to the office later today if it's open.

Bankrupt companies don't give refunds.

Unless you paid with a credit card you're money's gone.
