I can't find any cured chorizo in Chiang Mai anymore. Can anyone suggest where to look - I have tried all the usual Tops, Rimping etc but no luck.

We get Italian Salami, Pepper Salami, & Pepperoni by the stick at Makro, Hang Dong - 765B......At the closest corner on the left as you walk toward the deli counter......Furthest away from the open display cases....You have to lift the glass to get to them....

There's several types and I'm sure I've seen Chorizo while working my way through the layers to find what I wanted....

At Central Festival the supermarket on the lower floor has Espuna hot chorizo.

 

Good selection of Spanish cold cuts.
