it seems at night before bedtime my sinuses tend to clog up.. I have no problem in the day...

I have at times shot a saline solution rinse but it tends to only clear things up for a short time...

any ideas?

It's probably all the pollution you're breathing during the day......

Try wearing a mask while you're out and about.

It may help if you purchase bed pillows and pillow cases which are designed to help prevent allergy attacks...dust mites and such.

You may need a prescription to purchase effective nasal treatments...

such an old photo.  The air quality in Bangkok has been awesome for the past 4 months.  Daily PM 2.5 outside where I am is at 11 and has been between 4 and 15 everyday.

Back on the OP's topic of clogged sinuses.  I myself have been also getting stuffed up before bed, and thats due to the turning on of the Air Conditioner and it blowing in the pollen.  Trees and flowers are in bloom right now and it is allergy season.  So I take a zyrtec before bed and all is right with the world.  Nothing sucks worse than sinus and nasal congestion.  Of course it is raining now unlike yesterday morning

If you have your aircon on it could be that.

Or the air or dust.

Could be anything allergy related.  Maybe try changing your pre bed routine and see what happens.

I used to have terrible trouble ,but i use the saline solution daily ,works a treat for me ,apart from that you can always have the polyps in your nose removed ,but they grow back. use the saline solution once or twice a day.
