Richard will say <deleted> all. He isn't being kicked out permanantley, rather his visa has expired and he has to go get a new one. Once he sorts the <deleted> out he will return. Hence he is unlikely to start attacking Thailand once back in the UK. I don't know why special rules should apply to him because he vlogs. There are many vloggers in Thailand.

I have never seen his blog but I am surprised that he goes in for naming and shaming. 

 

The defamation laws, Thai Criminal Code Section 326 and Section 330 make this a risky business. 

 

FWIW it is spelt dual not duel. If you wish to call people thick it is best to be above reproach yourself.

I never filled a TM30 and will never, they will do it for me for 2000 thb if I ever need them, but usually I never meet these rats, I just cross a border every 3 months!

 

Dual pricing I don't care as I do not visit any ridiculous place that barrow keep visiting since more than 20 years and pretend that it's marvelous.

 

I do not care at all any foreigner life in Thailand and mine is safe enough forever because I have enough money to be sure that nobody interferes, until the ridiculous English teacher.

You no longer need to. Thanks in part to people like Richard Barrow (met with Immigration officers and presented a Petition lobbying that the TM6 was unnecessary).

 

You’re not here on a proper visa anyway if you need to Border hop every 3 months. Which means you need people like Richard Barrow more than most, as he and those like him lobby for more favourable visa arrangements for us foreigners.
