that's it, treat the result of the disease not the disease itself.  That hasn't got the US, or indeed any country,  anywhere now has it? Poverty, lack of education, lack of opportunity for young people, a drug and gang culture, the widening gap between those who have and those who will never have; that is the disease that needs tackling. I am no socialist , but the fact that tech firm billionaires can be worth obscene amounts of money and they do noting for society other than <deleted> it up with their tech 'genius'. Warren Buffet is right, they are a curse on humanity.

In it the police follow him around car telling him to halt but he continues then opens door to car & reaches in near floor then he is shot

 

Not a particularly smart move ....kind of surprised they didnt put him down sooner as they followed him all the way around the car

So he was tased, wrestled with the cops on the ground, then the filming starts by bystanders. 
 

”Then the guy that got shot showed up," White said in an interview. "He pulled up in his truck, got out his truck, seen him walk up. His son was running towards him. He was picking up his son. He told his son to get in the gray truck, we about to go."

 

Minutes later, White said, he looked out his window again to see "police out there wrestling" with the man, who was later identified as Blake, behind the vehicle.

 

White said he saw a female officer fire the stun gun at Blake. White said he then started to record the incident, some of which is obscured by the vehicle. It is unclear what exactly happened before the video starts.

He fought with police on the ground  and had ALREADY BEEN TASED at least once by a female officer.

It also says that white was not standing there the whole time and that he did not have a good angle of view, so just because he didn’t see it doesn’t mean it wasn’t there. 
 

That same man says he witnessed the suspect being tased and wrestling with cops on the ground and behind the vehicle (where he can’t see)

Then not only were they cowards, they were useless police officers as well. If the only option open to you is shooting an unarmed man in the back, then then is a terrible indictment of their training and competence. I doubt that he was a 6ft 7" 300 lb defensive back.  Too many doughnuts and watching too many John Wayne movies.
