Boss is believed to be abroad.

Just send an interpol warrant. You dont have to be a genius to know that he will attend this weekend grand prix Formula 1 in Belgium (Francorchamps). And to be more specific for the ones with difficult understanding; in Red Bulls pit.

Unlikely as VIP guests are not allowed at present. Spa, Monza and Mugello will be without VIPs. The first opportunity will be at Sochi in Russia (27 Sep) where people outside the teams and press will be allowed. If he doesn't fancy Monty Putin's Flying Circus then he'd have to wait until Nurburgring or Portimao who may be allowed spectators. The Algarve is quite nice at that time of year and the cocaine is easily available. An easy nab - except there is no interpol warrant yet, so he can parade around freely.

Boss will be unable to leave or enter via land, sea or air and will face immediate arrest if he tries

This is what they said back in 2017.

Surely no-one is thinking this tosser will be on a commercial flight!  He will be in a company private jet with the right people on duty at the airport terminal to usher him through.

Can't the poor lamb afford his own private airfield? Time for a gofundme...

Even after 8 long years they seem to still only have the same two old file photos of him.

For all we know he might simply return and leave unhindered as Vorayash Yoowiddavich on a Montenegrin or Serbian passport without the dummies even noticing that he'd been here.

Thakki Shinegra showed how it's done.

Exactly my thoughts, with one more option:

It also might be that he gets a new Thai passport from the Thai authorities with a new identity, just for his frequent family visits at home. Together with a new baseball cap this should work. No sure if he can have a beard.

O..M..G! If only they could see how stupid they make themselves look!

YES...if only! But it's on everything...not just this. Every thing...every where...every time. It's a comedy of dunces. ????

Lol !! He had a Interpol notice on him and that didn’t work and was dropped like everything else ! If they think he’s still travelling around on the same passport , looking the same as he did years ago and using the same name then they are truly insane !! ????

I believe he's altered his appearance and gotten a new passport.  Here's an artist's rendition of his new appearance.  Rumor has it he was spotted in monk's robes at Wat Mee Worri.

So, what is the situation now with 'statute of limitations'?

Does the time start from the date of the incident or the date of the warrents?

Are we starting from 'day zero'?

Makes no difference, it's all smoke and mirrors.

Explosive report on the Red Bull scandal exposing ‘corruption’ due at the Prime Minister’s office

  • August 30, 2020 at 2:22 am

It is now clear from several panels and committees of investigation that the mishandling of the criminal case against Red Bull heir Yoravuth Yoovidhya or ‘Boss’ was not an unfortunate array of errors, failures and accidental circumstances but a vast intertwined conspiracy to defy and thwart the course of justice in Thailand. A report is now being sent to the Thai Prime Minister, Prayut Chan ocha, which according to the Chairman of the panel that wrote it, will raise serious concerns to him including the possibility of corruption and misconduct within the Royal Thai Police that perhaps even extends to the wider system for the administration of Justice.
