Why? Because at this point, I see most potential candidates as better than Trump. That's based both on his character and his policies. But then, I also hold that the former affects the latter.

Majority of Dems polled (as I wrote earlier in this thread) are not voting FOR Joe, they are voting AGAINST 45.

Wasn't a big part of Trump's vote made up of "anyone but Hilary" voters? With the increasing number of Republicans jumping ship, its clear that your view of Trump is becoming less popular.

 

The US hasn't self destructed, Trump has destroyed it. He has deliberately divided the nation which is now more divided than at any time since the Civil War. The last thing any country wants during the Covid crisis.

Really? Trump is the guy whose tax bill increased deficits when the economy was doing well. Now he wants to do away with payroll taxes that support social security.

Trump should have told all those people out on the streets congregating  , protesting and rioting to stay at home , that would have stopped the virus from spreading , if only he would have told them , his fault for not telling them to stay at home

trump is not trying to end 'the war machine', in fact he's pouring massive amounts of money into the military and opening up another front; space. Increasing strategic risk to US forces by demeaning allies and so on. e.g. NATO member countries were not in breach of agree funding agreements. As we've already seen troop withdrawals have been opposed by senior military commanders, due to the flow on risks in places such as Afghanistan and Syria. trump is negotiating with terrorist groups, no cries of 'traitor' from trump supporters, in order to have a highly questionable 'win' prior to 03/11.

 

Migration into the US has overwhelmingly been n advantage to the US. There are plenty of observers saying the current policy being driven by a white nationalist / alt right promoter, Stephen Miller, will actually cause more harm than good for the US economy - I mean really, someone like Stephen Miller is a senior advisor to trump!

Should the USA get into talks with people who they are fighting with and achieve peace and withdraw USA troops from the Country, or should the USA continue with a never ending war ?

I don't think Biden is the best they can come up with, just that of the line up presented he was selected. I don't think good people want to get into American politics because the media coverage is so toxic, and they don't want their families attacked.
