I have seen them for sale in Aquarium shops in my area,

Chiang Mai, maybe shop in your area  might stock them or be able to

get some for you,you can use them to start breeding stock,

I grew them for a while to feed my fish but found them to be too expensive in food compared to Black Soldier Fly larvae. The BSF larvae are a lot less work, grow fast on wet food scraps, and I think they are more nutrient rich. The meal worms are pickier eaters and require lots of time & energy to sort the different stages.
