How to avoid pooping the next day. Not a joke.

OK I have a situation where I need to get something done starting early in the morning and lasting all day where needing a poop might totally mess things up. 

 

Without a diaper.

 

So I would leaving the house before my usual morning toileting.

 

Is there a good way to plug things up for the day?

 

I already thought of not drinking coffee and even though that would be unpleasant I think that would help.

 

Dietary ideas the day before?

 

I heard eat lots of white bread

 

Anything else?

 

A medication?

 

Don't bother asking for details of the day and why pooping would be a problem. That's not the point here.

Take 3 Imodium and don't eat the evening before. Or plug it up. I'd take three Imodium and a charcoal tablet.

Superglue as I earlier mentioned.

 

After about a week of swamp butt the glue will loosen and eventually release.

Yes.  I love spicy food and know the effect. That was another idea I had but risky. Eat a super spicy soup the night before that I know from experience will trigger a late night say no more. But no guarantee that will be the end of it.

Thats a nuclear option.

In the army we had in our 24 ration packs a thing called Biscuits AB. Now the AB was supposed to stand for artificial bread but we all knew what AB actually stood for and the second word was "Blocking".

Fiber is your enemy. Avoid it. But in two or three days you will pay a price for it.
