bbc.com/weather/map  - map can be centred on your area and enlarged. I have found it to be accurate during recent storms.

tmd.go.th - good enough for everyday use.

TMD is the Thai Meterological Department.

Now I use that page but you can select a radar closer to your location from the drop down menu called TMD Radar loop.

Create a shortcut on your phone to the webpage you selected. 

I find most apps for weather can give you a general idea what is going on but they are not good at forecasting localised showers (which can be very heavy).

Keeping an eye on the radar and in which direction the rain is moving can help you avoid many downpours.
