Just shows they know there is a imminent crash in condos and that some people in this think tank have interest in condos. They are showing desperation and how overvalued they view the universe center being Thailand. They wanted native English speakers. This is not the way forward . And then also the more global queston: are there not enough condos empty right now, does Thailand need more construction ruins (like the Waterfront in Pattaya) and unsold condos, unsold to those, who cannot come into Thailand...and to those, who have lost any trust in reliable Thai government acting ... and unsold to those, who still wait for Thailand to protect foreigner's investments to not let them have to gamble on receiving the condo or losing the money ... Just how should this work out? Thais want foreignrs to buy condos but Thais don't want foreigners to come and live in those condos? Just so sick!
